If the answer is yes, this position may be for you!Key Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Core compensation maintenanceo Troubleshoot and design procedures to address issues with core compensation.o Audit and address out-of-order events to ensure accurate compensation reporting.o Audit compensation-related business processes and make necessary corrections.o Address manager & employee escalations regarding Workday compensation (e.g., stuck transactions, backdated transactions).o Setup new or modify existing core compensation structures e.g., allowance plans, period salary, one-time payments, pay rate type, standard hours.\xc2\xb7 Compensation administration and supporto Provide regular updates to Global Compensation partners on new Workday features and/or issues related to core compensation functional area.o Consult Global Compensation on compensation-related improvements that improve functionality for managers or employees.o Perform impact analysis, build configuration, design and complete tests and document details for all change requests.o Lead and coordinate discussions with appropriate partners on compensation changes.\xc2\xb7 Job Profile maintenance and setupo Support Global Compensation in set-up of Job Profiles for use in selected countries (including assignment of factors such as overtime eligibility, workers compensation codes, Canadian National Occupation Codes, U.S. EEO-1 codes and compensation grade profiles).o Partner with Global Compensation to support maintenance of Agilent job catalog (including new or revised Job Profiles, Management Levels, Job Levels, Job Codes, Compensation Grades and Compensation Grade Profiles).o Generate and populate related Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs) to setup and/or update compensation structures and data.\xc2\xb7 Assist in running annual Advanced Compensation Programso Lead meetings and support configuration related to Agilent\xe2\x80\x99s annual rewards planning activities.o Coordinate testing and with multiple global HR & IT teams\xc2\xb7 Apply Workday expertise and develop relationship with Workdayo Advocate for Compensation-related changes beneficial to Agilent.o Apply Workday best practices to Agilent\xe2\x80\x99s compensation implementation.o Raise, liaise and follow-up on Workday cases related to Compensation issues.o Proactively understand new compensation features through Workday Community and participate in user groups.\xc2\xb7 Complete Compensation-related testingo Create end-to-end test scenarios.o Test changes to compensation configuration.o Test impact of other job, location, and business process changes that have a compensation impact.o Verify impact of semi-annual workday releases on core or advance compensation processes through regression testing.o Implement optional Workday functionality as determined through discussion with Global Compensation team.QualificationsKey Skills & Experience:Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree (or University Degree or equivalent) plus minimum of 4 years relevant experience.Flexible working hours to accommodate a global environment.Experience with Workday Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules.Experience with compensation planning or administration.Strong written and verbal communication skills to:Maintain excellent relationships across partners organizations including Compensation, Country HR, and IT.Coordinate across team members from different organizations and regions working on compensation updates and cycles.Document procedural instructions and controls for operational teams.Update employee and manager-facing documentation on Workday processes.Communicate status on issues to partners across HRStrong problem-solving/analytical skills to:Complete root-cause analysis of compensation-related issues in Workday configuration and reporting.Understand complex logic and computations that are part of Workday compensation reporting, calculated fields, and configuration.Demonstrated experience handling sensitive employee data (data privacy) and confidential materials.Strong project management skills (or PMP certification) will be an advantage.Experience with other Workday modules (non-compensation Core HCM, Performance, Reporting) will be a plus.Efficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and various presentation tools (e.g., Teams) is required.Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in job and ability to work independently.Fluent in EnglishAgilent Technologies Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
