Kelayakan

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on Workday functional experience in multiple HCM modules.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Proven experience in Workday configurations, business processes, and security.
• Workday Functional related Experience in a BPO or shared services environment preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and manage multiple priorities.

Tanggungjawab
Workday Configuration & Support

• Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Talent, Recruiting, Time Tracking, and Benefits (based on project scope).
• Manage business process configurations, security roles, calculated fields, reports, dashboards, and notifications.
• Perform routine audits and ensure system data integrity and compliance.

Issue Resolution & Troubleshooting

• Provide Level 2/3 functional support for Workday incidents.
• Diagnose and resolve system issues, ensuring clear communication with business users and internal support teams.
• Work closely with technical teams for integrations-related escalations.

Enhancements & Optimization

• Lead Workday enhancement requests, analyze business needs, and recommend scalable solutions.
• Plan and execute semi-annual Workday releases; assess impact and update configurations accordingly.
• Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and configuration guides.

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Operations teams to understand business requirements.
• Support clients (if applicable) in new deployments, stabilization, or post-production improvements.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and end-user training.

Reporting & Analytics

• Design and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics that support operational and management needs.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve HR processes using Workday data.

Projects & Implementation Support

• Participate in implementation or enhancement projects including requirement gathering, Fit-Gap analyses, testing, and deployment.
• Support data migration, UAT, regression testing, and change management activities.
