Support Site HR and Production teams on workers' welfare matters.
Check workers' daily attendance and manage disciplinary cases.
Conduct counselling sessions for workers with disciplinary issues.
Issue warning letters based on customer or management instructions.
Assist workers in resolving grievances or personal issues.
Prepare workers' vacation and repatriation-related documents.
Coordinate new worker intakes, orientation, training, and badge issuance.
Conduct surveys for contract extensions.
Arrange transportation for workers (factory to hostel/clinic).
Support onsite HR documentation and administrative work.
Prepare internal and external reports as assigned by the superior.
Perform other tasks within capability as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements :
Minimum qualification: SPM / Post-Graduate Diploma in any field.
At least
1 year of experience
in a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work independently with good time management and initiative.
Computer literate with basic knowledge of worker management.
Possess own transport.
