Work Model & Location : On Site, Kuala Lumpur Reporting To : Singapore Workplace Site Manager The Workplace Manager will be responsible for all workplace related activities at Kuala Lumpur. The Workplace Manager holds primary responsibility for all Facility related efforts, and the upkeep and maintenance for the site. You will maintain the daily building operations to provide a safe and efficient work environment at the lowest possible operating costs while maintaining appropriate company standards. Responsibilities Take charge of daily service delivery for the Kuala Lumpur office, ensuring the highest standards are attained. Responsible for the operational budget, ensuring quality remains uncompromised while achieving cost optimization. Navigates vendor relationships, sourcing, and cost-effectiveness strategies. Designs and oversees captivating employee activities, nurturing a vibrant company culture. Uses social media to communicate location updates and celebrate accomplishments. Sustains statutory standards and oversees health & safety protocols. Leads projects, maintaining communication to ensure punctual completion. Functions as the contact in emergencies. Skills And Abilities Experienced in operational workplace management. Experienced in communication across all levels, networking, and initiation. Proficient in diverse workplace, technical, and support processes. Manages Health and Safety; budget and finance expertise. Proficient in spoken and written Malay and English. Education And Experience Degree or higher in related field. 5 years management experience working in hospitality, real estate, or facilities management. Minimum of 3 years experience implementing workplace events and community.
