Handle after-sales inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
Coordinate service appointments, repairs, and maintenance.
Maintain accurate records and process warranty claims or returns.
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.
Prepare job sheets, reports, and manage petty cash claims.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service quality.
Ensure all documentation complies with company and legal standards.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Certificate/Diploma
Proficient in Mathematics and English
At least 1 year of related experience
Ability to read and converse in Chinese is an added advantage.
