Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media cum Content Creator to manage our social media platforms and produce engaging content tailored for the Malaysian audience. The ideal candidate is familiar with local trends, culture, and consumer behaviour, with strong skills in content creation, video editing, and digital engagement.1) Key Responsibilities - Content Creation
Create engaging content (videos, graphics, photos, captions) for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Lemon8, Shopee and YouTube Short.
Plan and execute content calendars aligned with brand and marketing strategies.
Develop short-form videos/Reels/TikTok content based on Malaysian trends and audience preferences.
Edit videos, photos, and graphics using creative tools (CapCut, Canva, etc.).
Write captions in English/Bahasa Malaysia suited for different audiences.
2) Social Media Management
Manage daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring of social media platforms.
Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages promptly to maintain strong community engagement.
Track trending topics, social media challenges, and viral content relevant to the Malaysian market.
Maintain brand voice, consistency, and visual identity across all channels.
3) Strategy & Reporting
Assist in planning and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, reach, and engagement.
Monitor analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.
Analyse insights to improve content effectiveness and reach the local target audience.
Suggest new ideas and creative approaches for campaigns and promotions.
4) Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing and design team on campaigns and branding.
Support photoshoots, events, or on-ground activations when needed.
Liaise with influencers or KOLs for collaborations and campaigns.
