Job Responsibility Evaluate potential sites thoroughly, aligning with strategic goals and operational needs to achieve optimal courier service coverage. Regularly update and communicate with immediate superiors regarding the progress and challenges in the site selection process. Provide detailed reports to the regional manager, highlighting key findings and recommendations. Engage in negotiations with landlords to secure favorable lease terms for courier service hubs. Ensure all lease agreements align with company policies and budgetary constraints. Job Requirements Major in Logistics management/ business administration related majors are preferred Fresh Grad with related major is welcome to apply Proficient in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English are preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Willingness to travel when necessary for site visits and meetings Must have reliable transportation for commuting and travel purposes.
