Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to recruit effectively for all departments of the factory (including production, engineering, quality, etc.).
Develop and implement large-scale recruitment strategies for front-line operators and technicians, and establish strong relationships with government agencies, vocational colleges, etc.
Manage employee relations, handle employee complaints and discipline issues, and ensure compliance with local laws and company policies.
Work with business departments to identify training needs and improve staff skills.
