Purpose& Background
Develop functional and personal competencies, lead direct reports to implement and manage existing/new client teams or projects, ensure client satisfaction and continuous business development through performance excellence and innovation.
Responsibility
1.Tasks Processing
Perform complex tasks and operate a variety of client systems follow Total Quality System, seek for standardization and processing excellence, and meet or exceed client teams' standard on quality, timeliness and information security.
2.Training Effectiveness
Plan and execute new hire training and cross training plans with team trainers, coach less-experienced staff in learning procedures and insurance knowledge, to ensure all team members are properly and sufficiently trained so that clients' requirement and/or company standards can be met.
3.New Client On-boarding
Manage the Proof of Concept (POC) period effectively to successfully on board new clients by designing and implementing workflow and processes per client's needs and expectations; managing the new system/workflow/tasks implementations; managing all the procedures creating and updating to ensure the client requirements are clearly documented and properly approved starting from the POC period.
4.Client Relationship Building
Develop and maintain trusted partner relationship with clients via planning and exciting a variety of actives, including: interact with client via email or phone regularly to provide status updates, troubleshoot issues, learn new workflows and systems, promote additional services, and visit the client's office in the US to drive the RSP client team's growth.
5.Team Management
Manage day-to-day performance of team members and ensure a healthy balance of employee engagement, employee development and client satisfaction. Plan and execute activities to enhance employee engagement at team and department level.
Work Requirements
Job Requirement
1.Bachelor degree and above (Must have). Graduate of a top 20% university in Malaysia.
2.Work experience is not mandatory; new graduates will also be considered. Served as a student leader in the university union and associations. Participated in several internship programs, taking on key roles and responsibilities.
3.Strong English skills (both verbal and written). Mandarin skill. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
4.Soft Skills: Communication, problem solving, applied learning, leadership skill, pursue for excellence, ability to work under pressure.

1. The role requires attending a one-year training program in China.
2. Working Hour: 9AM-6PM from Monday to Friday.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
