Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Aid Assistant Quality Manager in reviewing design plans, process procedures, test procedures, and quality manuals to understand the scope, requirements, and function of the problem in regards to System. 1. Work out with contractor on the specification of System to meet the organizations and customers quality and product integrity requirements. 2. Collaborate with Assistant Quality Manager on System development in accordance to superior advice and instruction. 3. Help Assistant Quality Manager identifies root causes of problems in the System project development and mitigate the problem as advised by superior. 4. Collect relevant data to identify trends in quality with a goal of mitigating and preventing future defect or problem on System. 5. Aware of relevant QSHE Objectives. 6. Aware of their contribution to the effectiveness of the QSHE Management System, including the benefits of improved performance; 7. Aware of the implications of not conforming with the QSHE Management System requirements. 8. Comply with all relevant SHE Policy, Rules, Procedures, Regulations and Codes of Practice at all times. 9. Participate in SHE programme and practices and provide SHE feedbacks to Top Management on any hazard, unsafe acts and unsafe conditions observed at workplace. 10. To promote and maintain the interests and reputation of Sarawak Metro and Sarawak Economic Development Corporation (SEDC). 11. Give full benefits of knowledge and skills to the company and SEDC. 12. Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time as delegated by the respective immediate superior on a need-to basis.
