FUNCTION & PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work closely with sales and operations team by providing office and sales support and to ensure consistent sales volume
• Provide support to sales team and customers, maintaining good customer relationship by acting as an extension of the field sales force
• Liaise with customers including sending quotation and update delivery status to ensure that orders are met timely and accurately. Inform customers of any delays and arrange alternate delivery dates
• Liaise and work out solutions with logistics company for any delay or wrong deliveries
• Liaise with Operations (warehouse) dept to ensure that all orders are discharged and sent on time
• Collaborate with the operations dept to ensure stock availability, availability of ordered products from supplier and coordinate inter department products.
• Responsible for monitoring sales orders via email and online orders and process accordingly
• Issue DOs, invoices and goods return by customers
• To coordinate between customers and various departments in the company in regards to sales matters.
• Help sales team on quotation preparation, price history check and vendor registration.
• Contribute to improving the business and enhancing company reputation
• Perform other adhoc duties assigned from time to time
REQUIREMENTS
• Required language: BM, English & Mandarin.
• Minimum diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in similar position
• Knowledge of MS office (word, excel)
• Possess strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Teamwork, self-motivated and able to work under minimum supervision
• Meticulous, time conscious, organized and able to think of solutions to problems.
We are an Engineering Industrial company and currently we are looking for suitable candidates to fill the position as Sales Support. Salary RM 2000-RM 3000 based on experience.
