Job Vacancy: Customer Service Associate - ZARA (AUS/NZ Market)



Location:

Ara Damansara (Walking distance from LRT)

Salary:

RM2,500 + Incentives

Working Hours:

Monday - Saturday | Between 4:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Rotational Shift)

Mode:

Inbound Calls, Live Chat & Social Media Support

Job Responsibilities:



Handle

customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and social media

for the Australia & New Zealand market. Provide assistance on orders, product information, and returns/exchanges. Ensure a smooth and pleasant shopping experience for every ZARA customer. Record all customer interactions accurately and follow up when needed. Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements:



Minimum

SPM / Diploma

qualification.

Fluent in English

(both spoken and written) -- must be comfortable communicating with international customers. Customer-oriented, patient, and professional under pressure. Willing to work early morning rotational shifts (due to time difference with AUS/NZ). Basic computer and typing skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
