Job Description

Our Client is leading machinery rental and solutions provider based in Malaysia. Currently they are seeking a committed account assistant to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities



Handle Accounts Receivable functions including billing, invoicing, payment recording, and
reconciliation.

Monitor customer outstanding balances and follow up promptly on overdue accounts. Prepare and send statements of account to customers. Assist in setting and reviewing credit limits, ensuring compliance with the company's
credit policies.

Perform other related accounting duties as assigned by the superior or management

Qualification:



Minimum SPM qualification. Must have studied Accounting or related subjects. No prior experience required -- fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting principles will be an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
