Job Description

Our client is a growing group with multiple business entities across Malaysia. They are looking for a

Strategic HR Business Partner

to collaborate closely with the

Executive Director

in shaping people strategies that align with business goals and strengthen engagement across all sites.

Responsibility :



Partner with business heads to

map out career progression

and

training needs

for all departments. Design and implement a

performance appraisal roadmap

and continuous learning programs. Conduct

360 feedback initiatives

and provide

HR advisory support

to management teams. Champion

employee engagement

by fostering collaboration and connection across branches. Identify opportunities to

improve HR systems and digital processes

. Work closely with leadership on

succession planning

and

talent development strategies

.

Qualification :



Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum

8 years of HR experience

, including

3 years in a strategic HRBP or HR Manager capacity

. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to

partner effectively with senior leaders

and employees at all levels. Able to

build rapport across diverse teams

and communicate effectively in a multi-language environment.

Hands-on and mobile

, comfortable travelling between HQ and branch locations.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
