You\'ll enjoy the freedom to dream up and deliver better brighter solutions and the space to move your career forward in endlessly different directions.Your \'day to day\'As a Zonal Operations Supervisor based in East Malaysia you will be the key person to supervise inventory management and operational activities at all Exclusive Zonified Distributor (EZD) sites which covers shipment volume, shipment brand mix, inventory days, aging report and EZD scheme measurement.You will be accountable to:

• Manage overall EZD warehouse / depot operational, logistics activities and inventory count. Carry out recommended logistics procedures and develop EZD operational efficiencies in order to ensure consistency of product storage set-up and transportation methods. Ensure all finished goods, assets, and fleet are covered by insurance and protected from damage, deterioration and contamination. Conduct regular stock takes in accordance with PMM requirement.
• Ensure timely submission of business metric reports in an accurate and timely manner.
• Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accurate physical stock for reporting purposes. (iSMS). Continuously monitor operations on execution of distribution, monitor the daily and work closely with EZDs in relation to management of the inventory and explore opportunities to maximize shipment volumes.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationship with EZDs.
• Monitor and manage EZD achievements on a Depot Level and ensure it is in line with Company business objective & targets by performance / deliverables of team and partners financial / shipment targets, logistics efficiency and inventory management.
• Be change enabler for transformation in assigned zone.

Who we\'re looking forYou will excel in Zonal Operational Supervisor role should you have the below requirements:

• Diploma/Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Management, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or any related disciplines.
• Must be currently based in East Malaysia
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in distribution, either in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in the FMCG.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skill
• Excellent analytical skill with strong planning skill which includes budgeting, business cycles.
• Experienced in engaging with different business stakeholders and possesses strong influencing skills.
• Well-developed critical thinking skills, with an ability to apply logic and challenge assumptions.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• Computer savvy especially in MS Office.
