*Job description* :
As a CSR you are required to perform customer service job as in general, to create public awareness & exposure on behalf of our clients. Sometimes attending phone calls but most of the time meeting people face to face and co-ordinate face to face presentations with customers. You are also required to do abit of paperwork.
