:

: * Review and lead the preparation of vessel availability schedule to enable the physical movement of cargo deals and transactions through effective vessel scheduling for all Annual Delivery Programme (ADP) cargoes and spot requirements as well as vessel readiness for new project special requirement such as gas-trial (FLNG) and commissioning requirement ReGas Terminal (RGT).

• Coordinate and analyse vessel operational strategies and initiatives.
• Analyse and execute effective issuance of Voyage Instruction to shipmasters highlighting company and operational requirement, procedure and proper communication protocol ensuring smooth shipping operations in ensuring ship chartered adheres to vetting and screening requirements, port and country regulations and policies.Supervise the smooth shipping delivery operations through conducting and managing vessels\' ship shore compatibility studies, due diligence studies, agent and surveyor appointments\' in timely manner.
• Analyse and execute the bunker requirement and procurement for ships by analysis bunker usage, review of bunkering request by ships, request bid submissions from suppliers and negotiate with shortlisted bunker supplier for best price and analyse bunker market price movement prior to final procurement.
• Review shipping operational clauses and recommend the best competitive terms and condition whilst enforcing appropriate measure.
• Foster and sustain effective working relationships and rapport with the Government authorities, business and management institutions, national and key industry players and service providers.
• Enforce the implementation of applicable procedures and guidelines and affect the compliance to statutory and legislative requirements.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Management/ Business Administration/ Maritime/ Logistics/ Operations / International Business/ Marketing/ Economics or any related discipline.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of related experience in Maritime/ Mechanical Engineering/ Shipping Operations.
