F&B Crew / Service Staff

Job Title:

F&B Crew / Service Crew / Waiter/Waitress

Job Scope & Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and promptly. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Clear and clean tables efficiently to maintain cleanliness. Maintain the cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and service stations. Handle takeaway and delivery orders (if applicable). Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries. Support cashier duties, such as handling payment transactions. Assist in opening and closing duties, including setup and stock checks. Follow hygiene, food safety, and company SOPs at all times. Work as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Assist in opening and closing duties (e.g. setting tables, polishing cutlery). Process payments (cash, credit cards, e-wallets) and issue receipts.
Skills Required:

Good communication and interpersonal skills. Team player with a positive attitude. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic English or local language proficiency. Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification (preferred but not mandatory). Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage. Friendly, polite, and customer-focused attitude. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, and willing to relocate. Basic knowledge of food and beverage is a plus.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
