Master production schedule: Plan, prepare, maintain, and report on performance of the master schedule. Responsible for demand/sales forecasts in the ERP or MRP system for use in the planning process. Capacity requirements plan: Create and maintain a valid capacity requirements plan that supports the master schedule. Inventory: Establish and adjust safety stock levels for finished goods. Prepare run out analyses for discontinued items and coordinate an exit strategy with material planners and purchasing. Scheduling processes: Establish evaluation and maintain production scheduling processes and formal master schedule review and signoff process. Reporting: Development, maintenance and communication of key performance indicators that are consistent with executive strategies and plant-level performance measures. Analyze data to identify causes of variances. Customer experience: Work directly with customers on order management. Manage the order backlog to ensure acceptable customer service levels Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years' hands-on experience within Production Control, Demand management and Inventory Management. Extensive ERP/MRP experience required, SAP experience strongly preferred. Superior oral and written communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects across various functional areas within an organization Ability to prove as a cross-functional leader in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
