This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Engineer will also define the projects objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, resource allocation, and budget requirementsIdentify and secure appropriate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, needed for project executionLead project teams, ensuring clarity of goals, roles, responsibilities, and deadlinesExecute the project according to the project planMonitor progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the projectCoordinate communication between stakeholders and project team membersIdentify and mitigate risks throughout the project life cycleDevelop contingency plans to address potential project risks and issuesMonitor and evaluate risk factors to minimize the likelihood of project delays or failuresMaintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutesDocument lessons learned and best practices for future referenceManage stakeholder communications and expectations effectivelyEducation and Experience Requirement:Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Telecommunications) or equivalentProven experience in project management, preferably in the IT industryStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesSolid understanding of project management methodologies and toolsProficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or similar toolsAbility to work well under pressure and meet deadlinesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsRelevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plusMinimum 2 years working experience in IT field
