Job Description

• Proven experience as a 2D graphic designer with a focus on final art and output file preparation.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating print and digital-ready designs.
• In-depth knowledge of print processes, color management, and file optimization.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop. (3D software is a plus)
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in final output file creation.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and industry standards.

ResponsibilitiesConceptualize and Design:

• Develop visually appealing 2D designs and illustrations, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.

File Preparation:

• Proficiently use graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite, for precise final art execution.

Communication and Collaboration:

• Work closely with the sales team and production team to understand design requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall design strategy.

Deadline Management:

• Managing multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines requires strategic planning, effective communication, and efficient workflow management.

Print Production:

• Preparing print-ready files and overseeing the printing process require attention to detail and collaboration with the production team. Utilize knowledge of color profiles, resolutions, and file formats to optimize designs for different platforms.
