  • Strong in operations and customer service related industry
  • Handling day-to-day operations independently
  • Data creation and entries
  • Prepare transport documentations bookings with shipping line and Bill of Lading documentations
  • Generating, submission and booking bagging orders for manipulation
  • Manage customer and vendor complaints
  • Daily interactions with customers and vendors on shipment status
Requirement:
  • 3 years of experience in 3PL/4PL logisitic industry
  • Customer service experience is plus point
  • Excellent English speaking and writing
  • Willing to work on Monday-Friday 8am-5.45pm
  • Able to work in Nusajaya
  • Able to undergone training 1st 1 week in Singapore branch near Tuas
Job Type: Permanent Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month Benefits:
