Work as a team member to support ad hoc projects and assignments.
Drive growth of selected areas, measured by target deliveries
Stay updated with the market, industry situation, and competitor activity.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Work closely with the Omnicommerce & Merchant Growth team to execute acquisition strategies and initiatives.

Requirements:
Any professional certifications is acceptable.
Years of experience: None - 2 years (Previous sales experience and account management is a plus, but not required)
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak in other dialects such as Mandarin is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs
Ability to handle cold calling by being assertive, positive, and persistent.
Attention to detail, ability to understand processes and adapt to tracking own work systematically and accurately.
