We Are Hiring:

5S & Factory Process Improvement Coordinator/ Supervisor

Work Location: Nilai

We need someone who can:

? Plan & maintain 5S

? Assist in writing SOPs

? Improve workflow & efficiency

? Work inside factory area (not only in office)

? Guide workers to follow 5S & procedures

? Help with daily factory tasks

Your job includes:

Assist in planning and maintaining 5S for factory (not only for office) Ensure zero-mistake workflow Monitor daily cleanliness & discipline Help write SOPs & factory procedures Assist boss in improving production flow Train workers to follow rules & systems Help with daily factory tasks
We want someone who is:

Disciplined & detail-oriented Not afraid to tell workers what to fix Able to think and improve processes Hands-on & willing to help anywhere needed
Nice to Have: (Bonus Qualifications)

At least 2 years and above experienced conducting 5S audits, kaizen, or factory improvement projects Basic knowledge of Safety, ISO, GMP, or Lean Manufacturing Familiar with quality control processes (QC/QA) Able to prepare clear reports or improvement proposals Can train or guide operators / general workers Diploma or higher in Logistics, Operations, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (optional, not required)

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 08.15am - 05.15pm Saturday to Sunday : OFF
