Job Description

? Participate in given technical assignment in company's network infrastructure project.

? Involve and take part in project study for network infrastructure design

? Communicate and collaborate with multi tier personnel, such as clients, partners and vendors for scope of deliverable.

? Take part in project delivery, management, Installation, configure, test and maintain network infrastructure

? Prepare pre and post-project documentation

? Liaise with vendors and IT personnel for solution resolution and escalation if require.

? Attending to Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues and ensure meeting SLA

? Act as advisor and technical educator for non technical team members in aspect of IT network knowledge and know how.

Job Requirement

? Diploma and above in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Telecommunications) or equivalent(Must Have )

? IT Network knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP, Switching, Routing, VLAN , Wireless)(Must Have )

? IT Security knowledge (Firewall, EndPoint Security, Policy and Enforcement of Unified Threat Management)

? Ability to understand, produce network diagrams, documentation for design and planning network systems

? Hands-on experience with configuration, monitoring and network diagnostic CCNA/HCIA or higher would be added advantage (Must Have )

? Project management experience or having been integral to projects would be advantage

? Minimum 2 - 5 years working experience in IT network support position(Must Have )

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
