Job Role:
? Process end-to-end payroll, including salary calculations, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and reimbursements. o Ensure timely and accurate payroll execution for all employees.
? Maintain payroll records, timesheets, and other related documents.
? Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
? Prepare and submit payroll tax filings, provident fund contributions, and other deductions.
? Assist in audits and prepare payroll-related reports for management.
? Prepare and issue confirmation letters for employees who successfully complete their probation period.
? Prepare and issue promotion letter for employees who successfully promote.
? Assist in handle disciplinary letters, including issue warnings, suspensions, and termination notices in coordination with HR and management.
? Address payroll-related queries from employees and resolve discrepancies.
? Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure payroll accuracy.
? Enhance payroll systems and automate processes for efficiency.
? Recommend improvements to payroll policies and procedures.
? To comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instruction (WI), safety and quality requirement at all times.
? To ensure the cleanliness and safety of the workplace.
? To adhere all safety rules and procedures as set by the Company.
? To maintain the departmental documentation.
? To perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
? Minimum of 5 years of payroll experience with exposure to HR documentation.
? Proficiency in payroll software (FLEX HR) and HRIS. (Compulsory Requirement)
? Understanding of labour law, tax regulations and disciplinary procedures.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
