Job Description

Job Role:

? Responsible of sourcing of vendors, negotiating, issuance of Purchase Order (PO) and material tracking until goods are delivered to shop and accepted by QC.

? To ensure vendors are follow PO terms and conditions, provide guidance to buyer for daily operation function.

? Analyze & prepare overall procurement plan for project materials. To track material from PO issuance up to the delivery of material to shop / site.

? To source of material from approved vendors as per client's or MDMSB requirement.

? To tabulate Commercial Bid Evaluation, evaluate of vendors and make recommendations based on technical compliance as per project requirements.

? Negotiate with several vendors on terms and conditions prior PO issuance.

? Coordinate with Project Team / Engineering / QA for technical clarifications leading to issuance of PO.

? Issuance PO and follow-up / expedite suppliers for timely delivery of material as per PO terms required.

? To make sure all project materials are supplied with proper certificate as per project requirements.

? To ensure invoice is receive and payment is processed in timely manner.

? To monito & evaluate vendor performance and inform QA to re-audit is necessary.

? To develop new vendors from time to time and request QA to audit vendor prior PO issuance.

? Provide guidance to buyer for daily procurement operation function.

? To comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instruction (WI), safety and quality requirement at all times.

? To ensure the cleanliness and safety of workplace.

? To adhere all safety rules and procedures as set by the Company.

? To maintain the departmental documentation.

? To perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

? Preferably Diploma and above in Business Studies / Administration / Management or any field related.

? Similar work experience in oil and gas / petrochemical / refining / chemical / mineral processing and pharmaceutical industries

? More than 5 years' working experience related to procurement.

? candidate should have procurement experience related to modular process systems and electrical

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
