Key Responsibilities
Production Coordination & Target Achievement
Organize workshop staff to execute production plans promptly, ensuring monthly output targets are met.
Allocate tasks based on production demands and personnel availability, while overseeing progress and completion.
Daily Operations Management
Conduct daily safety and quality briefings through team meetings.
Monitor work quality, productivity, and resource utilization to minimize waste, reduce costs, and enhance profitability.
Compliance & Supervision
Inspect workshop operations, safety protocols, and workforce discipline, promptly addressing violations or disciplinary issues.
Ensure equipment is operated per departmental guidelines, prevent unauthorized use, and coordinate timely repairs for malfunctions.
Cross-Team Coordination
Facilitate communication between production teams to maintain smooth workflow and resolve bottlenecks.
Performance & Incentive Management
Distribute salaries based on production output and individual performance metrics.
Process Optimization
Propose process improvements (e.g., cycle time reduction) to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Inventory & Resource Management
Oversee material usage to prevent waste, loss, or theft.
Job Requirement
Diploma or higher (preferred disciplines: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management).
Minimum of 3 years in production management roles, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is essential for coordinating with stakeholders.
Foundational knowledge in welding, stamping, surface treatment, and industry-specific processes.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, ERP systems).
Strong organizational and leadership skills with a focus on teamwork.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
High sense of responsibility, execution capability, and passion for continuous improvement.
New hires will be required to undergo practical production training in Dalian, China, for a duration of 3 to 6 months

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
