Assist engineers in supervising the production process to meet schedule and quality standards.
Supervise and delegate tasks to workers, ensuring SOP compliance.
Monitor production quality and control wastage.
Ensure equipment, tools, and materials are available and properly operated.
Work with the maintenance team to keep machinery and facilities in good condition.
Prepare and submit daily reports and timesheets.
Conduct daily toolbox briefings and enforce discipline (attendance, attitude, etc.).
Provide training and guidance to team members.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized production floor.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Building / Civil Engineering or equivalent.
At least 2 years' experience in precast concrete manufacturing (site experience also considered).
Knowledge of concrete repair and safety regulations is an advantage.
Independent, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
