Conduct pre- and post-production inspections (mould condition, reinforcement, accessories, cast-in items, dimensions, and appearance based on drawings).
Randomly check fresh concrete quality before pouring.
Ensure panels are properly tagged with ID and stickers after demoulding.
Update production checklists and quality records in the system.
Coordinate with client/consultant representatives on inspection matters.
Report quality issues to engineer/manager and follow up on corrective actions.
Handle client/customer complaints, site inspections, and provide feedback to engineer/manager.
Ensure rectification works follow approved method statements or SOPs.
Perform other tasks or new responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Civil Engineering (or relevant experience in precast concrete).
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
Basic English and computer skills.
