Responsibilities:

Main Duties and Responsibility in Summary

1. Overseeing and directing construction project from conception to completion

2. Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs

Overseeing all onsite and offsite construction to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.

Duties,

To supervise and monitoring all on-site activities.

To assist Project Manager/ Construction Manager in overseeing and reporting the project progress and all on-site activities.

To ensure that the project is delivered efficiently as required as the client's expectations in the of budgets, policies, quality, safety, and time constraints.

To liaise closely with relevant stakeholders for successful delivery of the project including client, sub-contractors, suppliers , consultants etc.

Review/clarification/qualification of Tender technical documents

Define list of activities and deliverables, coordinate activities in accordance with the project schedule

Identify technical queries, deviation and alternatives to be submitted

Implement the bidding methodologies, design criteria and guidelines

Assist procurement team with a request for quotation for commercial purpose

To liaise closely with relevant stakeholders for successful delivery of the project including client,sub-contractors,suppliers, consultants etc.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

At least 5 years' experience in civil infrastructure and building construction-manufacturing

-Knowledge of project management from overall project life cycle. Capable of recommending best practices to manage project in term of scope, schedule, cost, quality, resource planning, communication, risk ,procurement and stakeholder management.

-Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.

-Understanding of all facets of the construction process

i) Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships.

ii)Prefer construction site working experience in relevant field projects

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
