Supervising all personnel facilities in their day-to-day activities.
To carry out daily inspection and monitoring for LV, switchboards, MSB, TNB supply etc.
To carry out scheduled inspections and testing of standby Generators, Fire Pumps, sump pumps and etc.
Ensure all Planned Preventive Maintenances are completed within the required schedule.
Genset test run onload & offload by schedule and planning
Assist in the implementation of identified accreditation requirements such as MSQH, and Quality Assurance, Health, Safety a& Environment to ensure the required standards are met.

Job Requirements:

Must possess at least A4 Chargeman from Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission) for at least 11KV installation
At least two (2) years\' experience in facilities management and enginnering.
Experience in healthcare is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge in Private Healthcare and Act 586, Drainage and Sewerage Act, Medical Device Act (MDA) (Act 737), Electrivity Supply Act 1990, Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH).
Knowledge in the latest edition of MSQH and JCI is an added advantage.
Computer literacy is required.
