Job Description

Conduct one-on-one and small group ABA therapy sessions to support children's behavioural, social, and communication development. Implement and monitor individualised behaviour intervention plans using evidence-based techniques. Record and analyse session data to track progress and adjust strategies as needed. Update and communicate with parents regularly on their child's progress and strategies for home support. Collaborate with psychologists, behaviour analysts, and other professionals while engaging in ongoing training and supervision to maintain high-quality practice.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

Training or certification in Applied Behaviour Analysis or experience working under BCBA supervision is an advantage.

Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental conditions.

Strong observational and analytical skills with attention to detail in data recording.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues.

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Patient, empathetic, and committed to supporting children's growth and development.

Willingness to participate in continuous professional learning.

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: RM150.00 - RM600.00 per day
