This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating a high-quality, developmentally appropriate curriculum that supports the holistic growth and learning of children ages 0-6. Working closely with educators, families, and centre management, the Curriculum Executive ensures that all teaching practices align with national early childhood education frameworks and reflect best practices in pedagogy.

The Curriculum Executive also drives continuous improvement, fosters innovation in learning environments, and champions inclusive, play-based learning that nurtures children's cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and evaluate developmentally appropriate programs for children (0-6 years). Integrate play-based, inquiry-driven learning strategies. Ensure inclusivity and cultural responsiveness in curriculum content. Mentor and guide educators in planning, documenting, and delivering curriculum. Monitor teaching practices to ensure alignment with curriculum goals. Monitor curriculum delivery across classrooms to ensure consistency and quality. Conduct regular reviews and audits of learning environments and lesson plans. Ensure all programs comply with childcare licensing and educational standards. Communicate curriculum goals and children's progress to families. Maintain detailed curriculum documentation, learning portfolios, and progress reports. Stay updated on early childhood education trends and research. Introduce innovative teaching materials and digital tools as appropriate.
