Job Description


  • Possess SPM ,Diploma, Degree or Professional Qualification in Accountancy or Finance.
  • Required skill(s): Well-versed in MS office (Word & Excel).
  • With at least 1-2 years experience in account.
  • Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong communication skills in all three languages.
  • Able to working 5.5 days.
Responsibilities
  • Perform daily accounting operations, handling a full set of accounts including General Ledger, accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Statement of Account, and Stock.
  • Ensure proper records, documents, and file maintenance to support all accounting entries.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and costing report submit to the Manager, including financial analysis and related reporting matters.
  • To assist superior analysis and liaise with the related department by -working and planning necessary stock items to avoid shortage or overstock.
  • To undertake any jobs assigned by Manager from time to time
