  • Candidate must possess at least,
  • Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required in this position, Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and SQL will be an advantage.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to perform multi-tasking with minimum supervision
  • Able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, follow-up skills & problem-solving abilities.
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin, and Cantonese Availability immediately is preferable-
Tanggungjawab
  • Manage payroll, address HR issues, statutory requirements
  • Clerical and administrative duties
  • Update and maintain reports, database, and filling
  • Book keeping
  • Other ad-hoc duties
  • Update monthly inventory list and stock count
  • Handle payments, petty cash, banking transactions, banking statements, accounts summaries, monthly reports, and accounting reports
  • Ensure all accounting documents are filed and updated accordingly
