Position: Admin Assistant (Cards and Network Automation)
Company background: Oil and Gas Company
Tenure: 1 year contract renewable basis
Salary: RM 3500 (Maximum/Subject to years of working experience)

Job Responsibilities:
Raise POs for all the vendors, contractors and process invoice
Register new vendors and send to payable for creation
Apply for computer access for card ops and new recruits
Keep record for staff vacation leave and medical leave
Keep stock for stationery and raise LVPO for stationery
Updating report through SAP - Opex and internal order - Monthly
Check batch and time sheets for all contract staff - Monthly
Monitor merchants service fee for PBB and Amex - Monthly
Check DES for department employees - Monthly
Monitor POS impress account, weekly updates from EMC, to top up amount if

Manage record management
Perform other normal administrative work for department
Job responsibilities:
Degree in Business Administration/Business Management or any that related to the field.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in administration
Good communication in English both written and spoken due to business needs.
Skilled in Microsoft office ( Excel)
