Job Description

  • Fresh graduate from certificated, diploma or degree in Accounting / Business Admin
  • Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision
  • Self-motivated
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Able to handle full set of account
  • Able to speak mandarin/cantonese will be an advantage
Responsibilities
  • To handle full set of accounts receivables and account payables
  • To handle correspondence with suppliers and contractors (PO & invoices)
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
  • Arrange & manage stock deliveries
  • Handle of filing, keep record and assuring accurate documents filing
  • General office administration works
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
