Key Responsibilities

Assist in daily

Accounts Payable (AP)

and

Accounts Receivable (AR)

operations, including data entry and invoice processing. Handle

AR duties

such as issuing invoices, tracking and following up on outstanding payments, and updating customer account information. Perform

bank reconciliations

and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records. Prepare and issue

debit notes

and

credit notes

as required. Enter AP invoices, check sales invoices, and assist in calculating

driver commissions

. Prepare standard

journal entries

and ensure timely reconciliation of AP and AR balances. Support the preparation of

monthly management reports

. Assist with general accounting and administrative duties as needed.

Requirements

Preferably

1 year or more experience in

Accounts Payable

and

Accounts Receivable

. Candidates with experience handling a

full set of accounts

will be given added consideration. Proficient in

accounting software

(e.g., SQL, QuickBooks, Xero) and

Microsoft Office Suite

(Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong

attention to detail

and excellent

time management

skills. Ability to manage

multiple priorities

in a

fast-paced environment

. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
