ROLES, RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY : a) Handle daily accounting functions including Accounts Receivables / Accounts Payables / GL entries.
b)To handle billing and invoicing for key account clients.
c) Prepare weekly billing reports for the client
d) Assisting in a purchase requisition, including sourcing, preparing PO, verifying delivery and stock control
e) To organize a filing system for important and confidential company document
f) Ensure the reception area and meeting room are tidy and presentable
g) To handle purchase requisition, including sourcing, preparing PO, verifying delivery and stock control for the department.
h) To maintain fixed assets scheduling maintenance and services
i) Any other ad-hoc duties or assignments as directed by immediate superior from time to time. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: a) Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent in a Accounting field.
b) Prefer with 2 -3 year of working experience in a similar position.
c) Able to handle a full set of accounts.
d) Proficient in Microsoft Office \xe2\x80\x93 Excel & Accounting Software
e) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
f) Aggressive, self-motivated and result-oriented with a positive work attitude
g) Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
