Job Description


  • Possess innovative, positive attitude, open minded, willing to share, honest & good personality
  • Good computer skill especially in Microsoft Excel & Word
  • Good command of written and verbal English & Mandarin
  • Able to do work independently
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for completeness, accuracy and timeliness of operations in the general ledger, fixed asset, account payable & account receivable
  • Maintain accounting records including data entry of complete and accurate data such as prepayments, accruals, reclassifications, and etc. into the ledger on a monthly basis, as well as preparing records
  • Performing account analysis to ensure that journal entries and balances are correct
  • Perform ad-hoc duties when assigned.
  • Perform monthly payroll
