Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• Must be proficient in accounting software, preferably SQL Accounting and/or AutoCount
• Strong attention to detail with good numerical accuracy
• Well-organized, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Prior experience in sales coordination, accounting, or administrative roles will be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Input and maintain accurate sales data in the accounting system
• Prepare and compile sales reports
• Assist in stock purchasing and coordinate with suppliers
• Monitor inventory records and support stock planning activities
• Handle product returns and refund processes in a timely and accurate manner
• Issue Purchase Orders (PO), invoices, and related sales documents
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of sales and accounting records
