Account



1. Assist in preparing invoices for any payments from clients or suppliers

2. Assist for filing for any documentation regarding account billing, bill statement, invoices or any related documents.

3. Assist to follow up payments from clients, vendors or suppliers.

4. Assist to do daily attendances of teachers and students for food preparation.

5. Assist to do for purchasing and ordering of the Yakult.

6. Other administrative duties relating to the Account Department as requested by the Account Executive.

Admin



1. To assist parents and do consultation prior to school registration.

2. To attend sick students and check their condition i.e to check their temperature.

3. To attend parents who wish to buy uniforms and other merchandise.

4. To look after the office and ensure office in a good condition.

5. To liaise with other department such as School Department and also services team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
