Accounts & Admin Officer

to support our operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is well-organized, takes initiative, and can manage both accounting and administrative functions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:



Accounting Duties:



Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, and perform bank reconciliations Manage monthly and year-end closing processes Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and external consultants as needed

Administrative Duties:



Manage account department administration including filing, document management, and correspondence Provide administrative support to various departments as required

Requirements:



Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience in a similar role Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel & Word) Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and multitasking skills Good written and verbal communication skills Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines when necessary
