(Part-Time & Remote) Account & Admin Executive



Responsibilities



Handle bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records. Process accounts payable, staff claims, and vendor payments on time. Assist with debt collection, including following up with clients and liaising with lawyers when necessary. Maintain proper filing of financial and administrative records (digital & physical). Provide general admin support as directed by management.

Requirements



Basic knowledge of accounting and admin processes. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Detail-oriented and consistent in meeting deadlines. Proficiency in Google Sheets / MS Excel. Prior accounting/admin experience is an advantage.
