Job description Receive payments, record, and issue receipts to customers. Managing enquiries, registrations, complaints and requests. Maintain and update customers\' records. Assist in sending monthly payment reminders. Maintain and update teachers\' timetables. Provide support to teachers whenever needed. Responsible for the centre\'s opening and closing hours. Ensure well maintenance of the centre\'s furniture, fixtures, and office equipment at all times. Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Principal. Job Requirement Candidates must possess at least an SPM/ IGCSE/ STPM/ A-Level/ Certificate/ Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent. Able to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an added advantage. A team player with good interpersonal, time management and communication skills. A detail-oriented person with a good working attitude. Willing to work during odd hours. (e.g. until 10:00 PM) Willing to work half-day on Saturday. Willing to work in Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur.
