We're looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account & Admin Assistant to support our daily accounting and administrative functions.
Location : Medan Selayang , Batu Caves
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily accounting tasks including data entry, invoicing and monitoring stock inventory.
- Assist in preparing financial and management reports
- Handle office administration such as documents filing and supplies management
- Liaise with internal parties
- Support payroll and basic HR functions as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role
- Posses good command of English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Posses own transport and able to start work immediately
