Job Description


  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/ Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/ Diploma in any field.
  • Experience in accounting and admin roles, ideally in Construction industry.
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel. Especially knowledge of accounting software -Autocount.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English, Chinese (both written and oral)
Responsibilities
  • Manage full sets of accounts, including AR, AP, and GL, and oversee month-end closing.
  • Prepare financial statements, bank reconciliations, and manage cash flow.
  • Handle daily administrative tasks, schedule appointments.
  • Assist with HR tasks, including payroll and employee records.
