Account and Production Assistant

Role Description
We are looking for an Account and Production Assistant to support our team. The responsibilities and requirements are listed as below.
Role Responsibilities
Assist in daily account and production operations;
Maintain proper filing and organization of documents;
Assist in compiling operational data, dashboards, and periodic performance reports for management review;
Ensure the Supervisor is informed of key updates, priorities, or pending matters;
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations;
Communicate with suppliers/clients;
Manage office supplies and inventory;
Assist in cleanliness and tidiness of the production area;
Support other ad hoc duties as needed.
Role Requirements
Basic knowledge of accounting principles (e.g., double-entry bookkeeping);
Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision;
Ability to use Microsoft Excel and Word;
Attention to detail and maintain accuracy in account administrative tasks;
Responsible, organized, and detail oriented;
Proactive and willing to learn;
Interest in health, wellness, and lifestyle products is a plus.
