Job Description


  • Handling & issue invoice for clients and perform sales transactions into system for each clients
  • Handling staff claims and prepare payment by checking receipts and history record
  • Perform data entry efficiently on daily basis
  • Handle banking matters.
  • Ensure proper filing and timely report submission.
  • Work closely and liaise with various internal departments.
  • To monitor group cash flow
  • To manage accounts, ensure financial data are captured correctly
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks and assigned by superior from time to time.
